I am trying to update my email address, but am being told it is banned? How can this be when it is a new address?

Sorry for the late reply Ralph, but I wasn't sure it had been seen so I sorta kinda forgot about it Embarassed

Yes I am trying to change it on the Profile page of the forum. I still have the old email linked to the new one, but I would prefer to use the new one if possible.
