Hi, Run Reaper as an Administrator or change ownership for C:\Jamstix3 and C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Jamstix3 to "Everyone". Also something else I discovered, don't close one Reaper project with Jamstix in it and try to open or create another until the Jamstix Audio Plugin Server has shut down. Before I changed the setting for how long the server stays open after unloading Jamstix 3 in C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Jamstix3.ini, if I didn't manually kill the process in Task Manager, I would get that error. HTH

Sorry about that, I guess I should have given that info. In the [General] section add the entry AutoCloseWaitTime=X. The setting of X is in milliseconds. There is no such entry by default and the default time with no entry is 1 minute. I keep mine set to 0 so it shuts down immediately.

You're welcome and the .ini file parameters are covered on pg. 61 of the user manual.
