Can someone kindly tell me how to copy and paste the licence key? I do know how to copy and paste. It says to copy and paste to the Jamstix folder, but where?

C:\jamstix3 is the default install location. Copy it to that folder or whatever folder you installed Jamstix to.

Standard Windows ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste should work.

dumb question but is the num lock on? can you cut and paste other things like text in one notepad to another or one file in one folder to another folder?

Your email application should have an option to save an attachment. Use this and specify your Jamstix3 folder as the target for the license key file attachment.

thanks Ralf! was trying to copy and paste from the email, didn;t see the attachment at the bottom of the email. a duh moment on my part. Thanks for all the replies everyone.
