jamstix cannot start core event unless it's in admin mode

For now just run your host via right-click->Run As Admin. We're working on a solution for this in Jamstix 4. Sorry about that!

Alternatively, set the permissions for these folders to Read/Write Everyone:

E:\Jamstix3
Documents\Jamstix3
