hi,
if i got the dfh sample library, would it work as per your demo videos with dfh superior or would i need another application for jamstix to be able to use the samples?? and would jamsticks automatically use the left and right hand samples as appropriate??
Thanks

If you are talking about DFH Superior then the answer is a) yes, that's all you need and b) yes it will support LR snare and toms.
If you are talking about DFH, which is only a collection of samples, then you need a sample player to load into Jamstix that can load and play DFH samples. AFAIK, DFH does not have LR samples. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

hi
thanks for that, dfh does have l and r samples. but i would still need a sample player.
how much of a draw back would only having 512mb of ram be, with dfh superior??
are there any other, cheaper samples/players to make the drums sound more realistic. it seems the l and r samples make quite a difference.
cheers

That would be definitely not enough. The fun starts with 1GB. In my DAW I have 2 GB RAM. |
