I have recently gone over to Mac from Windows and was having a real hard time with JS in PT 12 AAX.
The brain was unusable, wouldn't map out song correctly, create usable fills etc. I was at my wits end and ready to walk away from JS.
I noticed that my session was opening in 96khz, once dropping it to 44khz JS became useable again.
Now the GUI is still a little laggy within PT and seems to lag slightly behind the track in real time, but I can edit and make drum tracks now where I couldn't before.
So just a heads up if you are trying to use it in a 96khz session and it's working like dung, drop i down to 44.
