|

Hi all!
I just did a clean install of Win 7 Home Premium and upgraded to Sonar Artist. I had Jamstix 2 on a desktop running XP Home. Never had any issues after getting things configured.
I had to request a new download and link key for my install on 7. It took several tries to get Artist to load Jamstix properly. Now when I load Jamstix in Artist, Jamcussion is present but the kit screen show as a white blank.
It also will not load subhosts or players. Lastly, when I go to the options screen and click on any parameter, it completely locks up, requiring a forced shutdown of Sonar.
Jamstix 2 and Jamcussion load fine under Reaper, but also will not load a subhost, and the players, again are absent from the menus.
Any help would be appreciated. I would consider an upgrade, but not before I know Jamstix 2 is going to work with Artist and on Win 7 and Windows 10.
Thanks |

I just realized I was mistaken when I said Jamcussion was not loading the players. I had forgotten that "Percy" and "Handy" were the Jamcussion players. I don't know whether that makes a difference in your analysis and resolution, but I wanted to make sure you have the correct info.
Thanks
