Updated to 3.6.1 yesterday and now have significant recurring audio dropouts - much worse with GUI open.
Went back to 3.5 and no issues. Back to 3.6.1 and issues...
Will e-mail rzdlog.

While JS is running, please go to task manager in Windows and set the priority on jamstix3.exe to HIGH. Does that improve things? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| Sorry for delayed response - No, "High Priority" was already active under Task Manager |

Does unchecking 'Load-On-Demand' in the JS3 Options help? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| Just tried both ways. Doesn't seem to have significant effect. Will try to be more timely if we continue this dialog. |

I never had issues with 3.5... I used to be able to load it up and jam alongside it even on 128 buffer size for low latency. With 3.6 this has become absolutely impossible. Even with the largest buffer settings it still performs horribly.
Should I just revert back to 3.5 and how? |

Please install the 3.6.5 beta and see if the problem is gone as that version has some changes to thread priority management. If not, please email me rzdlog.txt again. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
