When saving a song in Reaper while the Song is playing, the audio locks up and creates a nasty jittery machine gun like sound effect. Once the save process is complete, the song plays as normal.

It's as though Jamstix is taking charge of Reaper when a song is saved. When de-activating JS plugin Reaper plays the Song as normal while saving; i.e., no locking up of audio.

Running JS 3.6.1. [32], Reaper 4.77, windows XP 32, SP3

I've two HD drives and JS data has been moved onto the D: drive which is where I prefer to keep all my sound files.

I definitely recommend you only save with REAPER stopped.

OK-
It's just that I use autosave on my tracks as it has helped me many times save material I'd have lost otherwise.

I think prior to this install JS would just go silent during the save process. Not quite sure if I've changed settings or what.
