Hi

I found three bugs in the import midi grove GUI:

1) the first one is that it only finds midi files with lowercase .mid extension, any uppercase in the extension and is ignored. And I have a lot of files all in uppercase .MID cos reaper defaults to it when you don't write the extension when exporting midi files.

2) the second one is that you can't add empty folders to the list, so you firsts had to have a folder with at least one midi file in it to be able to add it.

3) In the empty folder already defined by default jamstix3/data, if you select it and then click on the [NO MATCHING FILES] message you get a "List index out of bounds (0)" message

I'm attaching a screencast with the cases 1 and 3.

Thanks!
