Just installed 3.6.1 on my Windows 764 machine running Sonar X2 and all of the problems I was having with 3.6.0 are now gone!
Thanks Ralph! |

Great update. Everything working, stable and smooth. I was having a few scuffles with 3.6.0 especially with MIDI import.
Thanks, Ralph. |

| When I update to 3.6.1, it still says 3.6.0 in the GUI. Is that right?? Actually I see the date on the .dll in the x64 still says 6/14/14 Is that right?? I installed twice since I thought might have got mixed up, but I am now sure I did it right.. Any ideas? |

Most likely, what is happening is that you have "pointed" reaper to look in a different location for the .dll file than where it is getting installed by the installer.

I think you were right. Darn tricky these .dll files. Third time was the charm. In stead of using the identical directory for the new .dll, I created a new one, then deleted the old. This time Reaper found it. Thanks. |

| Ralph, does 3.6.1 fix the style preview problems when using a project with time changes, or is that going to be in a later update (or even 4)? |

I think we did something for it in 3.6.1 but now I'm not so sure. Let me know if it still not working for you. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Didn't even see that there was an update yet - was thinking of using it in a project I'm starting too, so I'll have to get the update.
Thanks! |

Sorry for not responding sooner, Ralph.
No, it is not fixed. In fact, I think that it might be worse now. I can't get the style preview to work at all on a new project with no time signature changes.
I have another pretty big problem as well. I did a cut and past of a bar into another bar, and now when I click 'compose', the application pretty much ignores my settings and seems to be associated to the wrong things. I don't know if cut/paste had anything to do with it. Maybe not. Anyway, I had the hihat style set to gallop, and I switch it to 8th, but when I click 'compose' it is ignoring this and still doing the gallop.
Ralph, a lot of these things are regressions because I didn't have any issues like this in JS 3.5.
Thanks! |

I did the 3.6.1 update earlier, but never recognized the plugin still was 3.6.0
Now i installed the update again and also re-downloaded the installer, but no success. I also renamed the old plugin folder and let the installer create a new one but the dll remains at 3.6.0
Need the update because of high CPU usage problems when loading 2 instances of Jamstix3 in Live or MuLab with multicore enabled. |

This is most likely a problem with where you are installing the update and where the host is looking for it. Can you check this? _________________ Core i7 4712QM, 16GB, Cubase 9 Pro on Windows 10. Scarlett 2i2. M-Audio Axiom Pro 61. Komplete 8. Jamstix 3.6. Absolute 3 VST. 418 Carrier Landings.
