I see in Jamcussion is a Cajon. How much velocity layers it have and are there offset samples ?.
I like also do, variations in play, as can hear in this video at sec 26-29

Maybe a more complex sounddemo for cajon is somewhere ?
I also like have Timpani, but i see in the Demo that the low tom tune low and hit at low level sound good as Timapani |

The Cajon in Jamcussion comes with the following articulations:
- bass hit (center, palm)
- medium hit (half-way down, fingers)
- rim hit (top, fingers)
There is one velocity layer for each with 5 round-robin variations.
A more in-depth model of a Cajon is considered for a future expansion, similar to the Udu-Utar Minipak, which has up to 30 velocity-varied samples per articulation. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| thanks for info. I think this is good enough for me with overall 6 articulations and 5 round robin, because i find it more important to have more round robin and articulations than velocity layers. I like make music with complex drums and warm fat pads and maybe a bass. So i can not add a drumtrack that difffer lots in velocity. The melody come from drums and percussion. Here jamstix is great inspiration, so i buy in next days Studio Version of 3 without know what jamstix 4 can do more. and the price is great too for the feature it have. |
