Hi

Does anybody know how to make a style or drummer stay on sidestick pattern rather than throwing in snare hits ...etc. I'm trying out some reggae ideas and I only really need snares in the fills but all my attempts keep reverting back to snares in the main groove.. Even when I lock the hits the part reverts back to snare hits. Anyway ideally I would like to find a brain component that just focuses on sidestick hits so it would allow for variations in patterns rather than me locking every single desired sidestick hit.

Any ideas.
