Hey guys,

1 - when creating a drum track with the wizard, I often don't want a percussion track so I set the JC Style or JC Drummer to silent, and yet I still get a percussion track sounding. Do I need to set them BOTH to silent to get him to stfu?

2 - I love 80's percussion tracks and I'd love to get JC to create those for me. It strikes me that I need a new Jamcussion kit specially for the 80's, now this would make an awesome expansion kit (hint!!) but I guess I have to pull that together myself - how do I create a new JC kit from my own sounds?

Thanks

Do a SHIFT-click on the big Jamcussion icon to mute/unmute it.

Use any sampler/plugin you have for the sounds and load a Jamcussion kit. Right-click in the JC kit and select 'Set all to MIDI Output Only'. Route the MIDI output from Jamstix to the sampler and adjust the MIDI keys in JC to match your sampler (or vice versa).

Not to be ungrateful, but could you PLEASE put a R-click or a pop-up or something on the GUI to indicate how to do this kind of thing, so it's easy to find.

I have several songs that ought to be using Jamstix, but I gave up because I didn't feel like searching the manual or forum in the limited time I have to work on my music.

I just found the above info (for the 2nd time). I hope I remember it the next time I need it.

Thanks

Sorry about that! We'll see what we can do in a future update.
