It works with hosts that have VSTi support. I know that Homestudio 4 does, not sure about HS2. Try the demo and you'll know.

Jamstix is a VSTi plugin, there is no EXE involved. It needs to be loaded into a host like Sonar or HS via the Cakewalk VST adapter or DirectiXer. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

See if you have the Cakewalk VST adapter installed. If so, open it up, add the location of Jamstix to the plugin folders and let it scan. After that Jamstix should show up in the list of DXi synths in HS. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

InstallShield does that sometimes even if there is enough free space on the HD. Please copy the Jamstix folder from your first machine to your studio machine instead of running the install. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Please read the 'Free jam Quick Start' PDF in your Jamstix manual folder to get things set up right for your specific config.

Jamstix will automatically save its data when you save the project in your host. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
