Spoke too soon, can't figure out what caused it yet, but having the same issue with JS not triggering the samples in another vsti again....I'll do some more testing & report back....
FWIW, I can't wait 'til you get this ironed out, the new gui looks great, & I love the way the new menus load up....Super work!!! |

No, the file is large due to errors reported in it. Please see if it ZIPs to something managable (<5MB) and email that ZIP to me.

Log shows decompression errors on the subsequent quickstart song loads. If this also happens with Beta 14 (due out tomorrow), send me rzdlog.txt again.

OK, i have noticed something strange...when i open Jamstix up in previous project, ie one with Jasmtix already in it.... it is running behind the music...and when i hold the cursor over the TIME area, it says there is an ERROR? I have to speed it all the way up to sync it...
Am i missing something again? |

Beta 14 is now out. Please do this prior to installation:
- delete any DLL files in the \bin\32 and bin\64 folders of your jamstix folder
- delete any p*.mmf and c.mmf files in your Documents\Jamstix3 folder
Please report any outstanding issues you may have with Beta 14 and email me rzdlog.txt.

Some GUI issues for me in 3.6 Beta 14 (and earlier versions too). Using JS in Reaper 64bit. and everything seems to work fine for drum playback. GUI LHS odd sort of square zero over BARS. Also garbled hidden lettering to the right of 'Transition Fills'. On RHS of GUI 'Chorus Length' and 'Verse Length' the word 'length' is truncated. In Song Page words for kick, snare, hihat come out white compared to the orange for all other words like 'feel' or 'power hand'. Options page on LHS and bottom of page lower half of lettering missing. Jamstix kits play fine but if I click them with the mouse they don't sound. On certain drums or cymbals when I click on them with the mouse the word 'link' is shown in channel 2 of the mixer. I can also see half hidden numbers LHS behind the controls for previous or next bar. Tried the wizard for a few different songs and they all loaded fine. However called up 'Standatrd Song' and got an access violation warning at address 0000000000D3D489 etc. Despite this the song had loaded fine and played perfectly OK.
Anyone else seeing these GUI issues? None of them seem to be affecting the functioning of Jamstix in any way. |
