Has jamstix 1.3 been tested with the new Sonar patch (4.0.3)?
I install the 1.3 version and have sever problems with the audio breaking up and slowing down. CPU usage pegs at that point.
I have not tried going back to 1.2 yet but I will test that.

There are no known issues with the Sonar 4.0.3 update. It works fine here.
Please check that your ASIO driver and latency settings are ok. Then load a new project, add Jamstix, click 'Free Jam' and let Sonar record (to make it play without data). Does this produce the same problems? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi Ralph,
I found one issue with jamstix 1.3 under sonar 4.03 (studio edition). When I make a loop in sonar jamstix counts on when the end of the loop is reached. Has anybody else found this strange behaviour. I make a lot of use of loop recording in sonar so this is a big problem for me. I think that the sonar update is the cause rather than the jamstix 1.3 update but as long as the cakewalk guys need for their patches I think that you are the man to fix the problem.
Keep up your good work. Jamstix is the best plugin I have ever used.

We checked this out and Sonar does not adjust its song position information when it loops so it tells Jamstix that it is on another bar then it really is.
You may want to tell Sonar support about this. I'd call it:
"Cakewalk VST adapter does not loop SPP when Sonar plays in loop mode but keeps counting bars up"
If they can't promise a fix then we'll see what we can do... _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| The problem still happens after about 60 bars. I am not using ASIO drivers. |

Any update on this?
I have the problem with no audio, just running jamstix in record mode. |
