Dear Rayzoon support team,
I own Jamstix3 and recently also bought a Jamcussion license. You sent me an email containing a download link with an attached license file. I installed everything per instructions and put the new license file in the proper place (where the old one used to be). However, Jamstix stll tells me I don't have a license for Jamcussion.
On inspection it seems that you sent me my old license file again, the one which worked before I bought Jamcussion.
I sent you email to support@rayzoon.com on Dec 28 but didn't hear back. About a week later I sent another email but still didn't receive a reply. This is now my third attempt at contacting you (I couldn't find a phone number or I would have called).
Please get in touch with me to fix this as I depend on Jamcussion for an upcoming project!
Thanks, -- Chris. |

Ok, the issue is resolved. After a personal email to Ralph he replied to me immediately and suggested I copy the license file not only to the Jamstix3 installation folder but also to the /data sub-folder. This fixed it.
Thanks, -- Chris. |
