Hi Folks,

I've been a Jamstix user since the early v1 days. Alas, It's no longer working on my system, so i jumped on the current sale and upgraded to Jamstix 3. Huge changes. Far more fiddly (and less intuitive) I'm afraid, but that is not the reason for the post.

After looking at the manual (and searching online) I cannot figure out how to load BFD or Superior in Cubase. I does not appear in the bottom left of the kit screen (as the manual says it should).

I can send a screen cap is it helps (I dont see the option to upload it now).

If you are using the latest (3.5.1 I think...), you can no longer subhost other drum programs. The MIDI out works well. Load BFD and Jamstix both in the rack, then create a MIDI track and route the output of Jamstix to it's input and send it's output to BFD. Make sure the monitor or record arm is on on the MIDI track.

What jas_lan said.

Also, if you're coming from JS1, I recommend you check out the 'Jamstix Classic' and 'Freestyle' styles as they emulate JS1 behavior.
