I am working on a 6-8 song. My daw (cubase) is set to 3/4 at 138 non. My question is this, the snare hits are falling on the and not the three. I want a very simple groove with the bass drum hit on the 1 and the snare on the three but I an having trouble accomplishing this. Any suggestions?

1) If the song is 6/8, set the host to 6/8 and not 3/4
2) After changing the time sig in the host, do a 'Reset Song' in JS so it picks up the change and recomposes
3) If the snare is still on the wrong beat, pick a 6/8 style that fits your taste.
