I'm back in town now and I now have both the release version of Live 5 and X4-28 downloaded and installed.
Unfortunately Jamstix still freezes Live when it is loaded, unless the 'Auto-Open Plug-in windows' option is turned off in Live's Preference/Plug-in tab.
Let me know if there is anything I can do to help
Cheers

We'll be looking into it but won't be able to do so until after next week. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Unfortunately we cannot duplicate this problem. Live 5 loads Jamstix fine for us even with auto open windows enabled.
We will continue to research this but the inability to duplicate will make this a longer process.
Please double-check in the Jamstix about tab that you are really running X4-28. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi Ralph,
Just tried loading Jamstix several times with the 'Auto-Open Plug-Ins' option to the 'On' position in the Plug In tab of the Preferences.
Every time this caused Live 5 to crash hard requiring a complete laptop reboot. I was tesing using the ASIO4ALL drivers although this doesn't seem to matter.
Was using Live5.01 and X4-29
Hope we get to the bottom of this
Cheers

We may have to try some blind fixes. Stay tuned. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

The latest X5-4 beta should fix this. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
