Bought program and cannot open jamsix3 or activation key!!!!

I am unable to open my program, or unlock zip files as well as my authorization key after its been downloaded?? It just shows an empty folder! when i click on download key it says "cannot read file type/file may be broken" I don't understand? I have never had an issue downloading and activating other products (EZ...ect..) I am a teacher and am really wanting to use this program in my lessons and for personal use.
