When I load RMX into Jamstix and put it in kit mode, the kick drum doesn't sound. The host is FL Studio. If I load RMX into FL Studio (and not into Jamstix) I can hear the kick just fine in kit mode.

If anyone has RMX and FL 5, could they try using Jamstix to host RMX in kit mode and see if they get a kick drum?

BTW, I am mapped for GM. The solution is not as simple as that.

Did you manually check that the kick note in Jamstix is the same as the one assigned to the kick in RMX?

RMX uses general midi. The kick in Jamstix says it's assigned to C1. Removed RMX and loaded in ST2, which worked fine. I did it in the same session to prove it wasn't an issue of midi note assignments.

Yes, I checked. Do you have any other ideas what it might be?
