hi , I like play guitar in real time with jamstix and I would start , stop , fill , intro and ending with a foot controller ( I use Cubase SX 2).
is it possible ?

Yes, you can assign note triggers to start/stop jam, fill, intro and endings.
Start/Stop Jam - Jam tab
Fill/Intro/Ending - Right-click on a bar in the arranger and set the triggers for each on top of the dialog

The triggers are for use while the host is playing. They will start/stop free jamming. If this doesn't help, please describe what you want Jamstix to do in relation to your play and the bass loop in Cubase in more detail.

perhaps for what I want , Ableton Live is more indicated.
My dream is play guitar with all vst and clips (drum and bass at least) under my foot |
