No problem. The trick is that some of the brain elements belong to the Style and some of them belong to the Drummer. Generally, the Groove elements are selected with the Style and the Fill elements belong to the Drummer. The Accents, I am not certain about and I think they vary. I think the color of the brain element tells you whether they belong to the Style or the Drummer. Bottom line is that to silence everything, you need a silent Style and a Silent Drummer.
