jamstix hangs w/ Reaper

Out of the blue, my Jamstix in Reaper won't let me add, move or remove a part. It freezes if I try - Reaper doesn't freeze. In fact Jamstix even plays while "frozen" I just can't adjust anything at that point (or move the window).

Anyone have any ideas?

I emailed support twice but have gotten no replies.

I was about to post about this too, I've been having similar issue when attempting to delete parts from within a song.

What information does Rayzoon require to look at this problem?
