Is there a way to preview the fills intros or endings when I open up the window for them? BFD allows you to hold shift and left click on a kit piece to preview it. I just wonder if js has a feature like this also.

yes!

click on the musical note to preview them from the boxes (fills, intros and endings) in the arrangment tab

You can also preview the rhythms by clciking "load" in the rhythm tab, then preview the same way - click a rhythm, then the music note button

Also, once the preview icon is activated, you can just click on another rhythm or fill to preview multiple items. No need to click the note icon multiple times.
