|
|
I'm trying to get jamstix to play 200 bars of drumstick hits on 1/4 notes, I program 1 bar and copy that 199 times and lock the bars. I'm using player = silent and style = silent. I've tried this several times and at some point jamstix always starts inserting silence on the 1 beat every other bar, sometimes starting immediately, sometimes after 4 bars of playing it correctly. I'm using just 1 part (25 bars 8 reps) and have both fill boxes unticked. If I audition (loop) the offending bars, they play correctly.
I'm using 3.5.1 beta 3 64 bit and 64 bit Reaper as the host with no other issues. |

Instead of doing this manually, create a part with length=1/rep=200, load ''Intro' style and uncheck 'Last Bar Only' in the brain. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Ok, I tried that and it missed the 1 beat on bars 9,13,17,21,25 and 29 before I stopped the song. Hmm... 4 bars apart... Head scratcher! |

Ralph,
I started a new project from scratch in both reaper and jamstix and everything seems to be working properly now, so it was probably user error on my part.
Out of curiosity, did you find anything amiss in that log file I sent you? |

The log looked good. My first guess was high latency but that was not the case. Glad it's working fine now! _________________ Ralph Zeuner
