Hi Ralph - I went through the whole ordering process a few minutes ago and hit send, then realized that it asked me for a physical address for delivery. I checked my download page, and it's not there.

I wonder if I didn't check a box for "download delivery" that I should have, and if it's too late to rectify that? My track record keeping track of disks isn't great, and besides, it'd be fun to play with it now.

Either way, thanks for whatever you might be able to do.

Regards -

Hi Ralph - I'm not able to use the AIPak for some reason ...

I got the aipak.rxp2 in my computer, I load it and it says installation complete, but when I try to load up an AI drummer (like Will) it says "Your License does not contain an authorization for AI Pak".

Looking at the AIPak manual, it references a license code that sounds like is something I should have. Is that on my personal download page (can't find it there), or somewhere else at my end?

Thanks -

Hi a_zimuth. Thanks for that. I have my license though, I had done that bit earlier today. It was after loading the AI Pack that JS3 seemed to want an "authorization", seemingly above and beyond the license itself. That's where I'm stuck!

I hope this reply helps clarify what the problem might be - thanks for helping!

Are you sure you put the new license key file in the correct place?

For V3.3, it should be where the jamstix3.dll is.

Ok, I'll double check tonight. Thanks, Ralph.

Edit: all good now, thx Ralph.

Cubase is very confusing about where it wants to put things like this. What I did was search all my drives for jamstix3.dll, found another version which was actually the one being accessed: in Program Files//steinberg//cubase 6//VSTPlugins.

So I renamed the older jamstix3licens.rztlkf so it wouldn't be accessed anymore, dragged the new one into that same folder, along w/ the AIPak.rxp2. Now it works, @ least as far as my being able to get Will drumming. FWIW, I had another folder on a different drive where another copy of the .dll and .rztlkf files were. Of course that's OK for safekeeping, but not for using the program!

Thx again -
