So, here it is. Inspired musically by a very simple (2 finger)but
haunting chord sequence based around A.

Jamstix-wise, its Loopey drummer, playing based on the Breakbeat minipak, my favourite. Jamcussion also in there. Its at -

Lots of Acoustics in here. Used a new approach....recorded my usual "electro-thru-processor" appoach, panned slight left. Mic'ed the wonderful little Washburn Rover travel guitar, panned hard right. Sounds a bit Banjo-like Mic'ed my Tanglewood acoustic, panned hard left, Mic'ed Westfield acoustic(fingerpicked)panned slight right. All slightly different EQ wise, giving a "space"for each. Did a mix of JUST the guitars, bounced to a Stereo track. This was then mixed in to the Master using one fader.

Also did a bouncedown mix of all Vocals, again to a Stereo track. Then did Master mixdown, bringing up Jamstix Drums / Jamcussion, and Bass. Master track via PSP Vintage Warmer, all pushed very hard to give it all a real edge. As always, rode the faders in real time at Mixdown.

cheers,
Les

Well done man!

I came here to the forums to get an idea of what I'd be able to do with Jamstix and have to say I'm really impressed. The songs that I've been hearing this community produce are beyond my expectations. I absolutely can't wait to get started with this program.

This is a great track. Keep up the good work friend.

Very cool. The guitars and drums sound great and the arrangement is groovy. You might want to pull some highs off of the master... I have headphones on at work, so it's not a great reference, but it sounds a little hissy... It's a great tune with solid melodic qualities.
