|
|
Just getting back to Jamstix after a few years away....
I've created a song with 18 parts (6 distinct and some copy/paste). Jamstix is set to jam with MIDI and I see the input indicators working. For some reason, many of the parts refuse to create groove or accent drum hits, only fill. (The ones that *are* creating a groove don't seem to be obeying the style setting.)
This song and the settings don't seem significantly different from the ones that worked fine for me yesterday. More to the point, I've reset the song, cleared it and reloaded from disk, re-loaded the style and drummer, and played with the power levels...all without changing the symptoms.
Suggestions? |

| Update: I have verified that the problem, whatever it is, is specific to the song rather than the rest of my configuration and use of Jamstix 2. Putting the one that was failing aside and starting work on a new song gets me good results. |

I think there was a bug in a specific Jamstix 2 version that did that. If it happens again, send me rzdlog.txt from Documents\Jamstix2. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
