Hi Ralph
I have premade midi files with brazilian rhythms(Generak Midi) they are stiff so I would like to 'humanize' them. Is this possible with Jamstix or only for rock and funk? and How?

Thanks
Nice product Smile

Hi Rod, send me an example MID file to support@rayzoon.com and I'll see about getting you an arrangement that emulates it in Jamstix.

Hi,

Does the same go if I send you some jazzy ones? While I'm at it, would it be possible for Jamstix to be made to import 4 or 8 bar midi files instead of just one? this way it mat be possible to get a better Jamstix interpretation of the file import?

Whatever the answers love my Jamstix anyway.

We'll give it a shot.

Jamstix will import multiple bars but will assign each bar to a separate rhythm slot (preset)

Hi Rod. I sent you two rhythms back to your hotmail address around 11AM EST today. Let me know if you didn't get them and I'll resend them.

Ralph

Thank you for your support, it is great ! Smile

I just tried your 2 customized midi files for jamstix, both were a little bit funky, BUT you gave me a great idea of how to tweak midi files in JS and I had only to change in "Baiao" some hihat parameters and low the kick volume and voila! I added percussion (shakers) and it sounds fine, similar situation with "Rod's bossa."

Cheers

Rod
A happy customer Smile and waiting for JS 2,3,4,...etc.,etc.
