Right scroll arrow in timeline doesn't work in 3.5.0

Clicking on the right arrow in the timeline does not work for me. I can grab the "ball" and move it, click on the left arrow, or click in the "slider" area and the "ball" will go there. Just the right arrow doesn't work. Anyone else having this problem?
