v3.5.0
Some other things I have noticed:
-- the VSTi takes 5-6 seconds to load here (CPU Intel Core i7 860, eSATA disks)
-- when I double-click a Quickstart song to load it, the mouse pointer changes to a pointing-finger-hand and stays like that, clicking the Jamstix GUI or my host does nothing at all. I had to click on the task bar to get a working mouse back again. 
-- the Mixer menu button is not working here. I get a hand pointer but no menu drop-down |

Confirmed on the mixer menu button.
I thought that was just me, struggling and bumbling my way around, thanks DS.
JS plugin takes a while here too, although much older computer (Q6600, XP-32), and seems quite unresponsive for a few seconds after.

Two more:
-- GUI refresh problems when dragging another window over the Jamstix 3 GUI:
-- sometimes, when opening a Quickstart song, the host's GUI is not fully refreshed |
