I have loaded up Jamstix 3 (licenced user and installed all updates) but I CANNOT get it to start!!!!

I watched the youtube tutorial, clicked the same buttons, but hwere that demno started playing, mine just does nothing.

And also the two boxes above the transport bar (left and right) BOTH report I have no Jamcussion licence (which I don't ) but I thought that was onlyl the RIGHT one.THe left was for normal drumkits??!!!

There was something in the FAQ that said check the start/stop checkbox in the control panel....WHAT start/stop checkbox, and what/where is the control panel!!!

I have been at it now for about an hour with nothing.

I can hear drum sounds when I click on the instruments so I know the kits and sounds are loaded...

I am using Cantabile VST rack..

Any help appreciated before I lose all my hair!!!

Hi miden_1

You need to have your sequencer running/started, before Jamstix will play.

I'm not sure what Cantabile VST Rack is? Is it a sequencer

Thanks Studio64 - I tried running it in Sonar instead, as you suggested - no worries, it runs smoothly.

I guess it needs the transport in a sequencer to run...

Cantabile is a VSTi, and VST host...has no sequencer...
