Hi
The song structure field in Song builder is not responding to the letters I am typing in. When I go to the edit field (IVVC) JSIII will only acknowledge certain letters like "P". The other letters I type cakewalk responds. For example, I type "V" in the background CW music creator 6 will insert a video track. If I type in "C" the console view will disappear and reappear. Do I need to reassign something, so that I can acctually type a song structure in JS?

Thanks

IIRC, Sonar has an option to send all keystrokes to the plugin. Maybe MC6 has it too?

If not, try typing the structure in notepad and then copy/paste.

Hi Ralph
Thank you for the repsonse. The note pad cut n paste did not work. I am still trying to find how to reassign keystrokes in MC6. I asked in the Cakewalk forum and they didn't have an answer..

I just want to be able to use these programs together and complete recordings/songs..

In Jamstix 3.5 you will be able to right-click on the structure edit box and select 'PASTE'. We will have the 32-bit Beta available for you soon.

Work-around for now: enter the desired structure in Jamstix3\data\structures.ini so you can load it via right-click on the structure box in JS3.3
