Hi
I purchased JSIII and received the the registration emails, but whne I try to open any of the files, like .dll it asks what I want to open with and takes me to a "Reg Work site. What am I doing wrong?. I have the License ke file number, but if I cantopen the app I cant do much with this product. Please advise. Does this progam open on its own, or do I need to be in a recording software to open or import? All advise is welcome
thanks |

Hi
You do need to use JS in recording software (DAW). Cubase, reaper etc
Jamstix is a VST instument.
The dll of JS needs to be in the correct folder, specified by the DAW.
Come back if you need more help

Great thanks for the reply. Yes I opened the MC6 and was able to open JSIII as VSTi. thank you
I have a follow up question. So when loading the "kits" am I supossed to be hearing the drum pieces (ie snare, kick toms)? I am not hearing anything? I know the sound is working. I am using MAUDIO Fast/Track preamp in to standard PC laptop HP sound card. I can hear my guitar tracks that I recording in the project but nothing from JSIII..
thanks
again

There are 3 'stock kit' links on your download page. Unzip those files somewhere, which gives you 3 RXP2 files. Go to the 'Kit' window in JS3, click 'Install Pak' and select those 3 RXP2 files. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
