|
|
Hi,
I'm having a problem with midi out and cubase 6.5, I set JS3 to midi out only
and midi out led is active, I have a midi track in cubase set it's midi in to JS3 and out to drive my keyboard, but I get no sound, when activating cubase monitor you would normally see the midi information, but there's nothing, am I doing something wrong?
Regards,
Malcolm. |

| I've seen this as well, but I haven't had time to confirm that I wasn't doing something wrong. |

I think this is a problem with the VST Bridge in Cubase. Ralph knows about it and it will hopefully work when the 64 bit version comes out. In the meantime, I believe jBridge will fix the problem. I could be confusing it with a different MIDI issue but I have seen them talked about here on these forums. There aren't that many threads if you want to search for it.

Well I'm good for now. The samples that come with JS are quite good. And if I really need to use the various NI kits that I have, I can always use the mappings sans plug-in reference and then export to MIDI.
Once the 64-bit version of JS is released, I'll subhost all of my NI kits if/when I need them. |
