I'm trying out Reaper and was wondering if somebody could tell me the settings for routing JS3 so I can have everything on individual tracks for processing. Thanks

VSTi should ask about multitrack option on opening (Reaper _'install virtual instrument on new track') .... assuming Reaper is directed to look for JS3 VSTi where it is installed by JS3 or you.
Create Song (your selection) in JS3.
Open JS3 Mixer and de-select Downmix.
Start Reaper 'Play' .... JS3 song should play with individual kit pieces on new tracks.
