This might sound a little dumb but how do you change a red (fill) bar back to a regular groove bar?

You can clear the repetition fill (RF) or transition fill (TF) box next to the song part in the song sheet.

Correct, and if it is a manually created fill, just go to the FILL aspect of the brain on the bar and hit the trash can icon in the bar editor.

Thanks..... I have one more challenge...I'm having trouble with the Steven Slate plugin. I get everything set perfect, save it in Sonar 7 (32bit) and JS and close everything. When I open it up again I have chipmunk drums Sad Sad .
I have to reload Steven Slate and reload the kit every time to resolve this. Is there a setting I'm missing?

The log shows you are running at 96kHz and 9472 latency. The chipmunk issue is caused by the 96kHz, somehow SSD does not see this sample rate set by JS. You have several options here:

[Option A]
Set the project to 44.1kHz sample rate and drop latency to around 512. This is our preferred solution.

[Option B]
- open SSD in JS in your project and save the kit
- click MIDI OUT ONLY in JS3 mixer (this unloads SSD)
- load SSD in Sonar and load the saved kit
- add a MIDI track in Sonar with input=JS and output=SSD

Also, I recommend you use the Jamstix 3.3.1 Beta 2 DLL.
