hello, it's been a while since I've used Jamstix, been too busy to put time aside for new learning. Could someone please PM me a link to my download page? I'd like to download v3.3
Thank you very much
Nathan.

OK, I may finally have some time to get to grips with this package. I installed Jamstix3 and possibly Jamcussion some time (months) ago. I've downloaded a bunch of installers and zipped files. Now what?
I'm presuming some assumed information is known here. I have a licence file, I have some "stock kits", i have a beta version, I have no installation guide.
I'm going to presume I don't need to install the Jamstix3 installer, because that's what I installed when I originally bought the Jamstix software.
I presume I just run the 3.3 updater?
What do I do with the Jamcussion zipand the stock kit zips? Do I place them somewhere in the install directory or with the VST DLL in the plugin folders?
If I get adventerous enough to use the 3.3.1beta2, do I add it to the v3.3 DLL or replace it?
I was surprised that I couldn't find an install guide for these.
Edit: I found how to install the stock kits in the screenshot I took of the download screen (which I'm not supposed to even bookmark)
-you'll be expecting me to read the manual next

Ha! Pretty quiet here !
Yep ... had to read both the JS3 Quickstart and User manual pdf.
Also all of the YouTube videos.
Hope you get all your questions answered ... soon ! Can't help much as download and installs went OK (for me) per to the Quickstart guide ..... JS3.3XL+AIPak+Jamcussion
My skill levels are rudimentary (no pun intended) but so far the JS3 choice was a very good one; even if I later add some other plugins.
I have been on the Beta for a bit and all seems fine; other than my current post re. Outputting MIDI Song Files to Reaper4. No luck there yet.
Best,

Sorry Ralph, missed this.
I'm good now, I'd missed the quickstart manual, probably the only thing I hadn't downloaded. Was thrown by putting the licence in the installed folders rather than the DLL plugin folder, but all installed and seems to be running ok now, thank you.
I haven't installed the beta, but presume I just replace the DLL file in the plugin folder?
I was expecting a quickstart note, text-file or something, but that was obviously hiding as a PDF manual in amongst the, er, manuals
Many thanks,
Nathan.

Ha! ... across Threads too. About the time you posted I was adding a screen shot showing some progress. I need to look at MIDI Tracks 3, 5, 9 to sort out what is working and not. Track 3 should not be recording All MIDI as in Track 1. MIDI Track 5 is recording nothing in spite of Audio on its associated Track 4.
Thanks,

You getting audio and MIDI confused TB? I replied to a thread on the TT forums where I thought you had a few concepts askew. If you're sending MIDI from JSs to another drum VSTi, you should only need one MIDI channel -you can split the audio outputs from the drum VSTi (EZD, SD2, etc).
Nathan.
