If you have lost the delivery email with your download link and license key file,
please click here to have this information emailed to you.

my original email address no longer exists. Information is being sent to a nonexistent address.

Help

Update:
located download page from a previous PM. Downloaded Jamstix update and installed. Update requires a license file. When trying to download this file a username and customer email are required. Again, my original customer email address doesn't exist any more. So, changed email address in profile, got an email to reactivate my account, reactivated the account and used the new email address to get the license file. No email received with license file.
