I have a ton of MIDI files from various BFD2 products and Groove Monkee. I know how to use them in JS one at a time, but I would really like to convert them as a group, since it would interrupt my workflow much less.

I'm not aware of any sort of bulk processing tools in JS, but that seems to be what I need. I'm a software developer (not music stuff), and I might be able to do something myself, if I new the file spec for the style files. Is that available anywhere?

The style file spec is not public and MIDI data is also converted into a different format by JS for those files.

What would be the advantage of them being in style format vs. MIDI format? Just asking to understand this better.

Just the ability to select amongst them same as other styles. I'm finding that browsing though my file system selecting individual files is slowing me down.
