I found that this option works really well when I have my external midi controller transport controls mapped in Reaper as:

Forward = "move to next marker / project end"
Rewind = "move to previous marker / project start"

and then i place markers in Reaper everywhere there is a start of a new part in Jamstix.

Alternatively:

Forward = move forward by one measure
Rewind = move backward by one measure

Will let me move between Jamstix bars using my midi controller.

Thanks again for this feature!

Great idea drybij_2, that works really well with my FCB-1010

I Color Code my sections - Blue Marker "Verse 1" etc
then another same color marker for repeats etc without text.
Keeps things cleaner.

I hadn't thought of tying the markers to JamSix, though.
Great idea, I'll do it.
