I haven't received any download or key to register my application
How long does it take to get this approved
This should be automated. I cannot believe I have to wait to get started. Disappointing service.

I cannot believe will have to wait up to 48 hours to get my license key and to be able to download the software. I only have the weekends to start working on my tracks for my band..I should have bought a drum software from a big company. I want my money back...

Hi! Please make sure that emails from rayzoon don't get SPAM filtered.
Also you should send Ralph a mail directly to support AT rayzoon.com

Sorry for your experience, but Rayzoon's Service is (and has always been) outstanding. Something got in the way.

I just decided to bought an alternative from the competition and got instant deliver right after the purchase. I already stated working on my project. I tried contacting the email you suggested with no success. I buy a lot of online software and this is only the second time it happens to me in 5 years. I already issued a full refund for my purchase. I carefully triple checked my emails, never got my license key or full download instructions. so long rayzoon. I sincerely hope they will honor my request for a refund, I have my total right to ask for a full refund, regarding the no return policy from rayzoon. I would hate to take this issue to another level. thank you everybody at the forum for your support.

what's the competition? I can't think of one thing that does what jamstix does.

well, I got my reg code for the 2 items ive purchased pretty quick.

I'm sure that something got in the way. I've never seen a better support than this Ralph has been giving us since the very beginning. I bet he sometimes runs like crazy to manage all this. And I'm sorry for you! Your case is something unheard of around here, and I sincerely hope Ralph can sort it all out and make up for any inconveniences. Best regards!

I just received a full refund for my purchase. Sorry guys we had a bad start here, but time is money. I'm sure the "supposedly" competition doesn't do as many things as jamstix does, albeit it was considerably pricier than jamstix. In my case I just needed some basic latin percussion tracks and some drum tracks as well for tonight's rehearsal. thank you again.

Of course, your way is absolutely the right way. Maybe he will realize what a great tool Jamstix is and come back. You know, you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
