Hi Ralph,
I've got a song where during a fill, I have the left and right hands doing snare hits that are 46ms apart. If I loop this bar in my host, sometimes the flam plays and other times, I get a message saying 'same sound override by snare offset' on one of the snares with a red x through the snare. I tried locking it because I thought you implemented a rule where a locked note always plays even if it's impossible, but that didn't work.
Cheers. Let me know if you need anything. |

| Found a workaround by reprogramming the fill on the groove panel. No problem with flams there. Is there a difference between how hits on the groove panel vs. the fill panel are handled? |

| ...still interested in a way to force sounds to play even if the brain thinks it's impossible. ...if possible. |

I think there is an option to "ignore limb contrainsts"

On the options tab, there is a checkbox called, "enable limb controls". If unchecked, it will allow the player to perform any combination, even impossible ones. You can also use the speed dials on the right side of the options tab to speed up the drummer while still maintaining some level of realism.

If there is enough time difference between the hits, then they will play. I'll take a look at that when I get the chance. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

@jas_lan - thank you very much, I will give that a try next time I come up against this.
@Ralph - I am sure that the problem is that there is not enough time in between hits, so I'll give the suggestion made by jas_lan a try. Thanks! |
