UPS is delivering tomorrow. Looking forward to installing and jamming.
I'm planning on installing the 35gb library on a remote drive. I have both a USB2.0 and a Firewire drive. If my Cubase projects live on the Firewire drive, is it better to install the library on the USB drive or can they both live on the Firewire drive. (I have a laptop and I only have one Fire wire port) _________________ Cubase SX-3 |

Best to have data on a separate hard-drive of it's own m8
If possible just run DKFHS on its own, then run your projects off another drive or on the computers hard-drive
I found this the most effective way, as I have BFD too and this is what Fxpansion recommended to me
All in all always best to spearate project audio and virtual instrument data on two separate "fast - firewire" drives
Hope this helps
Happy jamming
