The Jamstix OSX project has been lingering for quite some time now with little news so, is it safe to assume that it's never going to materialise - at least not in the foreseeable future?
If that's the case, it's cool , I can live with that. I've developed for both Windows and Mac and the changeover is not a trivial issue. For an essentially one man band, trying to maintain and improve a Windows product while simultaneously porting it to OSX is something I don't think I would choose to take on unless it was a business imperative. The fact that the Windows only product survives suggests to me that it is not an imperative.
If the OSX version is dead an buried - so be it. I'd just like to know so I can stop waiting. |

We're still working on it but it's slow-going due to many porting issues. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| Thanks, Ray. I understand that it's a big job - especially if the original code was not written with cross platform development in mind. I appreciate the fact that you're so willing to keep us informed. |
