| all i want to do is load a wave into the program, w/o a drum track and see what jamstix can do w/ it.. I'm using mini-host.. so far i've been able to load a wave.. but if I hit play nothing happens... in fact I'm not getting any sound from anything at all between these two programs.. a brief history.. I've only workd w/ a standalone digital recorder.. so trying to get into the pc based system so a lot of this is foreign to me.. is there a manual to download that may be able to answer these questions for me? thanks |

Check here for the documentation.

Jamstix is a great program but you have to (I should say, "I had to...") invest an hour or two with the manual first.

| holy snikes this is confusing.. I don't even see anything about jamming along w/ a wave file and having the drums learn on its own |

Jamstix will not generate grooves to fit a wave file. You need to select the desired style and drummer yourself but you can use audio jam to have Jamstix adjust the groove based on wave file volume data. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
