I have a few problems. I'm switching all my songs from my computer running xp to a new laptop running win 7/64. With the xp I'm using Jamstix 3.1.2 and Reaper 3.75/x32 and with the new laptop I'm using Jamstix 3.1.2 and Reaper 3.75/x64. In the new laptop when I hit preview in Jamstix nothing happens unless I close the Jamstix window then I hear a cymbal
crash and when I hit play in Reaper it plays the song and uses Jamstix with
no problem. I don't have this problem with the preview in Jamstix on my xp.
It works fine. |

It's got to be a REAPER setting for bridged plugins. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Thank you for answering Ralph. I kind of found a solution. What happens is that when I click on the fx icon to open Jamstix in reaper the fx window opens with the Jamstix window. If I close the Jamstix window and reopen it by clicking in the 'Show UI' box in the fx window the Jamstix window opens but their is no sound from the drums when I click on them. BUT if I instead of clicking on the Show UI box I click on the fx icon again on the reaper track it opens the Jamstix window and their is sound from the drums when I click on them.
I don't like the idea of this fx window always opening with the Jamstix window though but it's better than not having any sound. |
